jsl2000
Hi, Slice: I need your help to fix my sleep/wake issue by Clover 5142 in Asus B85M-G hackintoshs. All of my other 10 hackintoshs had no such an issue by Clover 5142 or OpenCore 0.7.5. No such an issue in Windows 11 or 10 either. Signature: MB ASUS B85M-G; GPU Intel HD 4600; DRAM 1600MHz DDR3 16GB When I try to force it sleep it always automatically wake up about 5~10 sec after screen off. Change SMBIOS to iMac17,1 or iMac19,1 not working to fix it. Add SSDT-GPRW.aml, SSDT-UPRW.aml neither working. Patch ACPI 06/0D in vain too. config.plist Edited January 24, 2022 by jsl2000
Baio77
GPRW could work, if the ACPI Bios have this entry, the Origin folder extracted with Clover would be needed to analyze the acpi . Use F1 and F4 in GUI Clover for ACPI Debug. Remove SSDT-GPRW and SSDT-UPRW and rename in config test this file USBWakeFixup.kext.zipSSDT-USBW.aml
Slice
@jsl2000, I am on trip and can't help you now. I can propose to patch RTC some of possible ways and look carefully on DSDT methods _WAK and _PTS they are responsible for sleep and wake. Sometimes the reason for wake is USB (for example XHC device). Look carefully a way to correctly make USB working.

I have added SSDT-USBW.aml & USBWakeFixup.kext in proper way and remove SSDT-GPRW.aml & SSDT-UPRW.aml, but got the same issue (unable go to sleep for more than 10 sec.) with Clover 5142 and OpenCore 0.7.5. Currently I did not apply DSDT.aml in this B85M-G hackintosh with both Clover 5142 and OpenCore 0.7.5. I'll follow your advice to solve it. [Solved] 1. Update to Clover 5143 it can sleep and wake-up normally now. 2.Update to OpenCore 0.7.8 it also was fixed too. [Edit on 2022-01-23] I must disconnect USB-Wifi adaptor (just disabled it is not enough) and only USB-Keyboard /USB Mouse connected, otherwise it always interfered sleep function in this B85M-G hackintosh. config-5143-B85M.plist config-OC-B85M.plist Edited January 24, 2022 by jsl2000
