pinktank
I have this mysterious issue that has cropped up in the last few months. After some boots, and sometimes after waking up from sleep, my monitor gets into a random blinking pattern where it goes black and returns as if sleeping for just a second. It happens with multiple monitors so its not the displays. I'm running Kaby Lake headless with a RX 560 (Asus Strix OC). Is there a framebuffer/connector patch I should be looking at? In ioreg the control flags and connector types seem correct. It doesn't seem to happen with the same severity with all apps but I haven't been able to connect it to rhyme or reason. Thank you all for your help. Send me d-desktop.lan.zip

I wish, it goes away with a restart until it gets into a blinking spell again. Edited September 13, 2021 by pinktank
pinktank
Yup, still there, it wasn't there before sleep, it is there after. Is there a gpu power management thing on osx I could play with?
