On the G5 Service Manual I found this: 1 +5V 2 GND 3 GND 4 12V2 5 +5V 6 GND 7 GND 8 12V2 Thats great, sounds like I can adapt 2 x Molex there. Only probllem is that on the service manual theres no graphics explaining which pin is which. Can anyone clarify this? mspr Posted December 2, 2006 Share Posted December 2, 2006 Hi, If you will search in the Service Manual you will find also a draw of the 3 PSU connectors and you can clearly identify different pinouts. I suggest you to look for another file if you cannot find any graphic explanation in yours. I will look for the file I used... As soon as I will find it I will send you by PM. Differently you can use a tester to identify pins. However if you want to use the original G5 PSU with an hackintosh you have to mod it... I suggest to keep the PSU box and put inside it an original ATX power supply. By this way you will be sure that your PSU works fine with your hardware and you will not risk to damage anything.
