iCanaro
I'll wait if they make the full installer available all these BUg Sur updates start to tire maybe they have to decide which of the 666 sealed snaps, then they can start it
dehjomz
Beta 10: 11.0 Beta (20A5395g) smooth update, but took a long time to install (approx 35 min). As with the last few betas, my Aquantia AQC 107 10 gbps fires on!

If you see a 12.17 GB download, it's the full installer.

Ludox
Why does the 4 gb update fail and then restart with 12 gb?
HBP
Just now, ludox said: Why does the 4 gb update fail and then restart with 12 gb? because of server issues with Apple, and due to discrepancies in the install of beta 9 some of us are being forced to install the full os again. I am in the same boat. downloading the full install after doing updates from 8 to 9 then trying to update to beta 10. HBP

eSaF
What a journey!!!! - I tried Three times to update to this latest Beta and each time I was offered a full install and each time it would be the same Beta I am already running. The cure to over come this, I changed Security/SecureBootModel from Default to Disabled and only then I was offered the update at 3.82 GB. If you need SIP disabled (eg if you need to load third party USB wifi kexts), set csr-active-config = 67000000 in OC config.plist/NVRAM section, Spoiler reset NVRAM in OC picker before re-booting to Big Sur. Now confirm nvram setting fusion71au@fusion71aus-iMac ~ % nvram csr-active-config csr-active-config g%00%00%00 before attempting the OTA upgrade to Beta10... Spoiler Was using OC 0.6.2 using same settings and kexts as previous Beta9 upgrade (with config.plist/Misc/Security/SecureBootModel set to Disabled). PS: At the moment, only full installer for Beta9 available from Apple Software Catalog ie currently, Beta 10 is OTA only. Beta 10 full installer InstallAssistant.pkg link online now.
