As per title, after macOS go to sleep, manually or due to any other event - I can't wake it up.

I used script written by `black.dragon74` to generate debug info, so maybe someone can help to figure out where to look\what to do.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Did you happen to have any USB disk in the meantime?

My build is based on X99 and Haswell-E processor. The sleep is working fine(well, not all, sometime it wake up immediately), but waking up is almost not possible.

I tried serveral ways and finally pointed out it's the USB disk issue. Once I unplug all USB driver before the system goes to sleep, always it can wake up normally.

I had same problem with Ivy Bridge and AMD 280X, could not fix wake, I have tried everything. It worked great on Mojave. My theory is that you have to match your hardware closely to the real Mac on Catalina. There wasn't any Haswell iMac with RX480.Late Haswell iMac came with R9 290X and early with GTX780m. If you have USB fixed with Hackintool that must be a problem I think. My current Z370 build sleeps, wakes and shuts down without the glitch.

Correct SMBios but try to stay within  generation. So upgrade your CPU-motherboard to 8 gen or downgrade your GPU to AMD R9 or Kepler GPU. As you currently mixing generations.
First try upgrading to the newest Lilu and WhateverGreen kext and rebuild kext cache with Hackintool maybe that will help sleep.

SMCHelper.efi is not compatible with VirtualSMC.efi and must be removed. IGPU (internal gpu processor) must be disabled from bios to prevent KP or freeze in haswell after waking up in Catalina if you only use DGPU (AMD RX480).

Sorry for my english.
