Can't boot OC to MacOS if second SSD with Windows is connected

I have a perfectly working OC EFI to boot Mojave from a SATA SSD that I built with the Vanilla guide. Anytime I plug-in another SATA SSD with a GUID Windows10 install, OC fails to process to the picker menu. I'm not even trying to boot Windows from OC, just want to use the computer with both drives attached. This has to be a problem with my config or possibly BIOS settings but I have no idea what would cause this in BIOS.

Using a USB stick with a Clover EFI works as expected and I can boot into either system without issue.

Anyone have guidance on what I'm missing? Attached is my config. Thanks!

EDIT: Actually it looks like this problem is occurring any time there's a second bootable SATA drive connected, not just Windows. I plugged in a backup drive with Mojave on it and the same problem occurs.

Not sure if it related, but I have a similar strange problem. This occurs when I try to build/use a fusion drive and windows on a separate ssd.
OC boots into black screen.

Did you check if macOS on a classic hdd works along with windows? Here it does work.
At first I thought it’s about the z390 and emulated nvram. With this being solved with the new OC, maybe that solves it.
Other reason I thought being possible would be memory mapping.
In case you have a z390, did you calculate slide?

Also SATA HDD are affected, addicionally putting to sleep=poweroff, but it might be my "missconfig", not entirely sure, waiting for resolving this bug.

EDIT: Sleep issue resolved with Hackintool>Power>Fix sleepimage and disabling System Preferences>Energy Saver>Enable Power Nap
