Ethan Jarvis Posted December 27, 2019 Share Posted December 27, 2019 • Restart your Mac and Press the Command and R keys until the grey screen appears. • Choose "Disk Utility" and "Continue." • Select the internal hard drive from the list on the left side of the window. • Go to the Erase tab at the top of the window. • Set the format type to "Mac OS Extended (Journaled)," and then enter a name for the hard drive that will be reformatted. • Click the "Erase" button. • Open the Disk Utility menu when the reformatting process is finished and click "Quit Disk Utility." Now Reinstall the macOS from recovery mode. • Restart your Mac device and Press the Command and R keys • From 'macOS Utilities' window choose to reinstall the macOS • Continue the installation process, when it's done Restart the Mac. Note – Don't put your Mac to sleep or close its lid. Also take the backup of your Mac to avoid data loss. For More info click here - https://support.apple.com/en-in/HT204904.
