[AppleALC] Asus S400CA - ALC269VB, earphone not working

Hi,

 

I'm rewriting my outdated guides about the Asus Vivobook S400CA to Catalina.

I get everything working (power management, graphics acceleration, sleep, USBs, webcam, touchscreen, ethernet, etc.) but no Audio.

 

I'm using AppleALC.kext and tried every possibles layout-ids (1-11, 13-21, 27-33, 35, 40, 45, 55, 58, 66, 76, 88, 93, 99, 100, 127, 188) and not get the earphone plug to work, just internal speakers and HDMI.

With the VoodooHDA I get earphone only mono with noises.

 

The hardware is a ASUS Vivobook S400CA with codec ALC269VB.

 

Any suggestion?
