Thanks! Another question.

Your BIOS settings for rev 11c include to enable "above 4g decoding" but glassgod's guide states the opposite.

Which way should I go? I am using a Spahire Pulse Rx580 8Gb and a Wifi-BT combo as PCIe cards.

¡Thanks!

Use my settings, glasgood hasn’t got the time to keep things up to date, my settings are the latest ones and correct.

Hey @AudioGod

Would you please be able to direct me to which is the best PCIE card for wifi (and if possible bluetooth but wifi is more important to me).

I would prefer something that is natively supported. I had a WiFi card that was natively supported in High Sierra (from to link) but doesn't work with Catalina. Google tells me that people have success on Mojave with this card:

ASUS PCE-AC68 AC1900 Dual-Band Wireless Pci-E Adapter https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00F42V83C/ref=cm_sw_r_wa_apa_i_gOjvEbWYA0FBQ

Or is there a thread that you can please point me to?

Thank you!

Hi @texasdude11

Just my opinion: If you don't need Bluetooth, Yes Asus PCE-AC68 (BCM94360CD) works with Mojave: it is OOB.  I use it on my IvyBridge config. Or if you want Bluetooth: ABWB 802.11AC, Bluetooth 4.0 WI-FI PCI Express (PCI-E)-Carte Combo BCM94360CS2 for example.

Thank you kind sir,

I just pulled this card out of my Windows machine and put in my hackintosh and it works flawlessly on Catalina! It has OOTB support. Thank you again.

failing that Check your ram with a run of memtestx86 and make sure it’s not failing at the speeds your running and or if you have a overclock running then check your stable and your temps ain’t freaking out.

if you didn’t spot my attachment then use it to repair your permissions first and see how it goes.

have you changed any hardware recently?

not sure but and I’ve heard other people say istat isn’t showing gpu temps but not for everybody. I don’t use it myself tbh.

That’s fine, you clear out the nvram yourself by pressing F11 for clover at the boot picker

Hi AudioGod, first of all just wanna say thanks, your post helped me a lot. and @texem thanks for your open core EFI.

I was using the N-D-K Fork of OpenCore 16th January 2020 version EFI (0.5.4) originally and it works just fine,

But today I saw this post, then I tried to switch to the non-forked 0.5.5 version you provided in your post, then reboot, and it gave me a big STOP SIGN, won't let me boot into macOS, so what problem this might be?

I was also curious about the N-D-K Fork of OpenCore 4th February 2020 EFI (0.5.5) in this post, you said it worked with bios version F11c, but in the other post where the older version 0.5.4, you said Use with Bios revision F12d Only, which confused me a little bit. Isn't it the new version supposed to work with revision F12d also?

F11c = Aorus Master

F12d = Aorus Pro

Today I am planing to use your OpenCore method to see if this time it will work { tried a few times in the past with no success because of nvram issues }.  One question - is there a way to make a 5K monitor from LG work on a hackintosh with TitanRidge card?

I was facing similar issues as well. Let me know if you'd like an alternative approach.

So I have followed this method to a dot - CLOVER and I everything works perfectly fine.... except hardware acceleration in Google Chrome.  As soon as I turn it ON - the web browser becomes very sluggish.  Have you guys experienced this issue?  Thanks in advance.
