JanRocker
Thanks! Another question. Your BIOS settings for rev 11c include to enable "above 4g decoding" but glassgod's guide states the opposite. Which way should I go? I am using a Spahire Pulse Rx580 8Gb and a Wifi-BT combo as PCIe cards. ¡Thanks!

texasdude11
Hey @AudioGod Would you please be able to direct me to which is the best PCIE card for wifi (and if possible bluetooth but wifi is more important to me). I would prefer something that is natively supported. I had a WiFi card that was natively supported in High Sierra (from to link) but doesn't work with Catalina. Google tells me that people have success on Mojave with this card: ASUS PCE-AC68 AC1900 Dual-Band Wireless Pci-E Adapter https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00F42V83C/ref=cm_sw_r_wa_apa_i_gOjvEbWYA0FBQ Or is there a thread that you can please point me to? coolmint
Hi AudioGod, first of all just wanna say thanks, your post helped me a lot. and @texem thanks for your open core EFI. I was using the N-D-K Fork of OpenCore 16th January 2020 version EFI (0.5.4) originally and it works just fine, But today I saw this post, then I tried to switch to the non-forked 0.5.5 version you provided in your post, then reboot, and it gave me a big STOP SIGN, won't let me boot into macOS, so what problem this might be? I was also curious about the N-D-K Fork of OpenCore 4th February 2020 EFI (0.5.5) in this post, you said it worked with bios version F11c, but in the other post where the older version 0.5.4, you said Use with Bios revision F12d Only, which confused me a little bit. Isn't it the new version supposed to work with revision F12d also?

texasdude11
What is your alternative approach?I'd recommend using audiogod's guide first. His is very exhaustive and I think it should work for 99.9% of users. Only if you give up on his guide, try this one:https://github.com/shiruken/hackintosh/blob/master/README.mdFor some reason this worked for me.Sent from my SM-N975U1 using Tapatalk
photom
So I have followed this method to a dot - CLOVER and I everything works perfectly fine.... except hardware acceleration in Google Chrome. As soon as I turn it ON - the web browser becomes very sluggish. Have you guys experienced this issue? Thanks in advance.
