Many thanks for the tip, I appreciate it I second this question, which ID for a 9900K.

It should be 0x3E92, if not then boot with shikigva=1 to force hardware decoder onto iGPU then apply the patch.

You can run the DSDT extraction and send to @AudioGod to make sure it's working well. If you want to change board, I suggest you do an upgrade to the Master. Damn fine board. D3v1L
btw... netflix on safari with 19.1 on i5 9600k (with shiki without shiki with igplatform without igplatform) NOT working. ("...error: S7363-1260-FFFFD089" think drm problem) with 1.1 ...freeze during web page opening.... try: reset nvram reset cache delete cookie and all data in safari no one give the result... definitely, Netflix on Safari, with RX580 + UHD630 on 19,1: DON'T WORK. Netflix on Safari, with RX580 on 1,1: DON'T WORK. ...all ok on Chrome (with 1080p patch..go to 1080p instead of 720)... i hate this :-\ Edited November 11, 2019 by ilcondannato
larabee
@ilcondannato Surprise people still using safari have you tried using chrome? I'm watching DRM content just fine on safari, and I'm on Pro 1,1: If you're in Pro 1,1. you should disable the iGPU.

I'm using iMac 17.1 with no integrated graphics but a RX580 card and can watch all DRM material as well as stream all Apple TV+ Services - Are you able to stream Apple TV? The reason I ask although some can play DRM movies, they are unable to stream Apple TV, looking at your Task Bar I see no Apple TV icon, doesn't say much I know I'm just curious. Edit: - Ok my mistake I see the AppleTV icon, I think the reason Netflix is troublesome is because Silverlight plugin is need and it is not compatible with the latest Safari browser whereas Chrome is.
