Mojave x79Board shutdown

need help with installed Mojave Appstore version :

mainboard  unBranded x79 chipset series 6 via USB chipset

CPU i7-3960x,DDR3 32GB Quad channel.  

ATi R9-280x 3GB VRAM

Everything working very fast stable,speedstep Turbo runs nice with patched AppleIntelCPUPowerMamanagementKext,X79StepContextKext.audio with voodooHDA,VoodoTSCSyncKext. 

SSD runs nice under Vanilla ,Sata 2 ,and 3.Bluetooth under USB2 extension port module 

impressive speeds with Mojave from HighSierra,Yosemite.

Only Issue is I cannot shut down

Things  I tried :

DSDT patching  Rehabman  patchomatic *PMEE fix(not compatible with my hardware), shutdownFix,ver 1,2,Clover shutdown fix

Extracted SSDT I would like to edit it that would be my next solution to try ...I need help figuring out how to edit SSDT file here are my additional files

tried  DSDT file ...

system boots only in SafeMode very slow still  no shutdown .

I'm not using DSDT  at all now  system boots very very fast ..but there is no shutdown  this is frustrating

the best is use DSDT, have all essentials patches there

hello friend, my desktop almost same with you, but i tried many times with serval years failed, no matter changed graphic card from gtx980 -> rx570 -> 1070ti. all failed.

would you send me a efi zip file to my email. thanks!
