You're having a old CPU. It's not appropriate for your hardware. Disable Intel HD Graphics from BIOS. Install GPU in first PCIe Slot. Use DP or HDMI from your GPU to your Monitor. Disable CSM, if it's available. Disable Legacy Boot. Disable Legacy Option ROMs. Test the attached EFI. Report You should get a working Display.
