After thinking better in the subject of lack of update and re reading the posts I realized that I have the following version of macOS Mojave... so no update because it is the last version...

Indeed. You already have the latest build. It doesn't explain why the script doesn't work for you though.... The issue people were referring to, was an actual error updating. Which I supposed was a server issue. Could also be a type in the catalog URL (for people using that script), as Pavo said. But you wouldn't have any update, with or without the script. :)) Simply because there is none available. And there is no error in your case anyway.

Servers are fine, you need to fix your CatalogURL address, I made a script few post back that had a typo in the address, it’s fixed now. Re-run the script and you should be good.

I fixed it with the catalog script. Thank you, Pavo  :thumbsup_anim:

catalogchg.sh

Updated successfully.

How did you make the script work?

Open terminal, drag and drop the script from where ever you download it to and hit Enter key

Give execute permission to your script:

chmod +x drag and drop script here

And to run your script:

drag and drop script again and hit enter

arsradu, i have that version of Mojave at 3 - 4 days, don't ask me why, but when I updated Mojave Public beta... was that version...

Yes. That is the public beta build number. And now developer beta has the same build number.
But for you there won’t be any difference and you can’t update since you already have the latest build.

The installer we get from your script is to be run from root/desktop folder itself or from the /application folderdo we need to add or remove any stuff from this or is this like the one downloaded from the app store.

Is this modified installer or vanilla.

Couldn't get the last one to install.

Vanilla, the same as app store, you need to do nothing.

@crazybirdy I have a question: If I update to the next beta directly from system updates, do I need to patch telemetry plugin again?

Yes, you do - They especially update the binary file. I know that because I made a copy of the original file and it was still there.
