surfinchina
I think there has been some change around permissions. I tried to do the Vega speed up mod to the 10000 kext and it broke it. refused the touch command. I stupidly didn't back up the kext and it didn't like the 10.13.4 kext, so now CCC back to 10.13.4 from my backup drive and update again LOL. Also I can't mount EFI with the latest CC. Yes, that makes a lot of sense and explains why the efi partition mount script do not works without sudo, now we have to find a new way to mount it wich works with sudo, and also find a way to make the touch to work again. I have also to try this new version using my app tinu, because it does uses sudo for some of the most important tasks it has to perform

ITzTravelInTime
usually on 115X platforms it's not needed because everything works natively regarding power management, with the exception of some cpus like lower end stuff or particular stuff like xeons on that platforms
