Rammjet Posted November 16, 2006 Share Posted November 16, 2006 I injected false DFP1,EDID and LVDS,EDID and every time, my ioreg showed my LCD monitor on VGA port detected as CRT2,EDID with its own real EDID, not the ones I injected. This tells me that injecting EDID may not be necessary. The ioreg would show the injected DFP1,EDID and LVDS,EDID values, but then it would show the CRT2,EDID as connected. But if I put in the plist the string CRT2,EDID with the EDID of the monitor connected to the dvi port, with ioreg in the IODisplayEDID i get the value I've put in the plist. SaxMachine Posted November 17, 2006 Share Posted November 17, 2006 Ok...I have tested ATIinject with dual display Configuration X1600PRO PCI-e 512 MB VGA / DVI Two monitor First: Acer AL1916W 19'' on 16:9 Second: Philips 107E4 Acer is connected with adpter VGA/DVI in DVI of my X1600 Philips in VGA Only work with ATIinject ATINDRV 10.4.5 IONDRV 10.4.8 All ATIRadeonX1000 10.4.8 kext's Ps. Work but Blurry monitor My monitor EDID don't work i use this EDID base on Info.plist I have change first EDID with LVDS and second with DFP1 base is DFP1 first and LVDS second because when i boot Philips in VGA it is ignited and it is extinguished continuously while Acer it works but it is the second desktop. gu3d3s Posted November 21, 2006 Share Posted November 21, 2006 hi guys, I want have my X1600pro AGP working with atiinjetc in 2 ports VGA+DVI, but only have a vga port working! please if anybody send to me a atiinjct for 2 displays config. i have 2 lcd, one analogic (Lg L1720Bvga only) and one DVI(samsung 750b), i try natit, work fine whit my FX 5600 (all working), but atiinject work better for my ATI X1600, and I prefer this VGA card. thanks Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
