Guest
Could you post your exact EFI folder and also some Bios setting (cpu/usb/boot section)?

Dan968
I think after ++++++++++++++ should appear the Clover interface....not sure but I will try to change settings under GUI section. Select Auto=Yes and try a lower resolution...maybe a 1920x1080, change also theme with embedded (I think the simplest) Edited March 13, 2018 by Dan968

obus
Dan968. Will try again with your last suggestion Auto=Yes. The thing now is that I have so many different config.plist:s so I am quite confused. maybe it's better to stick with one basic?

Dan968
But...you are trying to install 10.12.6 with a Xeon-W CPU??? Really??? Then...do you have only one DIMM?? in preboot.log seems that you have only one memory slot occupied
obus
Yes I saw that in the preboot.log earlier today and wasn't really reflecting because I've just made a NEW install USB after KGP:s skylake guide. But the fact is that I used the same Install macOS High Sierra.app to upgrade my mac mini and that is after upgrade definitely macOS 10.13.3 (17D2047). I took out three dim out of four Edited March 13, 2018 by obus
Dan968
Sorry, watch better...you are trying HS installer...ok. Strange for only one DIMM...XEON W is a 4 channels memory CPU....maybe that is not a problem. to avoid problems with the installer... I usually do so: with a real Mac I install my OS in a SSD with usb to sata adapter...then I install the EFI with Clover and configure it. The only problem is that if you want to install the iMac Pro version of HS.... you'll need a real iMac Pro...I think. I've took three of the DIMM:S out when I stripped my rig earlier today. I will put them in again if you think that could be a problem. I am trying to uplod some pics from my biossettings and my EFI folder but it dosen't work. Any ideas+

I took some pics of my bios settings but it's impossible for me to upload. The same with my EFI folder. I get some error -200. I need to figure out why upload not working for me. So do you think that this installer might only works on a real iMac Pro? This Installer works according to KGP:s guide here: http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/331658-how-to-build-your-own-imac-pro-successful-buildextended-guide/ so it should work as I understand it. Try to not concentrate on this guide. You have some working MacMini so download HighSierra from AppStore and make usb for exemple with this app https://www.macupdate.com/app/mac/55532/install-disk-creator. Download last clovers version. Install to USB, copy FakeSMC to kext>other and paste your config.plist.

Yes, I would create a macOS High Sierra 10.13.3 (17D2047) installer....surely most compatible with Xeon-W CPU
Dan968
But...I think the problem is concerning graphic setup: from your log: "Custom boot screen not used because entry has unset use graphics" no chance of getting an AMD video card?

The reason I don't use that is it get overheated because there is fan issues in HighSierra. This problem might be solved in the upcoming 10.13.4 version. jaraheel
try with the attached drivers64UEFI, and config.plist. Remove the SmallTree kext, and disable your network controller in BIOS, and other settings I previously mentioned. Also try a different USB port, as others have suggested. drivers64UEFI.zip config.plist
SammlerG
when you stuck at this point, the kernel could not be loaded and causes a panic/halt. I know this situation with my X99 system. This happens always when the kernel calls a specific register of your CPU or a resource in Bios/Motherboard.
