Download didn't work for full-download, but only the 22MB installer. So I start the installation and first Step of Installer is to download the stuff.
Before starting the real installation-Process I quit the installer.
Than I've created a Package on CLI described here:  https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201372

Do you think the Install-ISO might me broken? Should I try to create an new ISO and try again?
BTW: Might my Hardware also work with Mojave

Try this

https://github.com/chris1111/Create-Install-Media

See the complete video then when your install Clover your not need to change the EFI

Look secound image for the setup Clover ESP for legacy config like you

@chris1111

Today I've time to retry the installation. Thanks a lot for your Video.
All in the Video is crystal clear, but up from Minute 7:00 I don't know what you mean with this.
Should I restart MacOS and run the CreateInstallMedia-Applilcation again?

I mean restart then Install macOS

After installing macOS on SSD run Clover inside bundle application for post installation. This is for making the drive bootable without USB

Right click /Show package contents /Resources

With the latest release its no longer necessary

Restart from USB-Stick didn't work for me.
Give me some notice, that I should activate UEFI in BIOS (default is Legacy).
But it seems he didn't find any tile which could be added to the BootMenu for EFI.
Did you have a hint? Which File should I choose for the UEFI Bootentry?

Good and bad news.
Good: The Install-Process seems to take longer than before. (Figured out, seems to be caused of the connected Network-Cable. Installer download some Packages from com.apple.dmg...)

Bed: The Installation abort again with this error:

Ok, so maybe it's better to give it a try with a new graphic-card?!
what's a better choice for a low-budget Card with highest possible performance?
You notice GT 710. What are other Cards in this price-range (maybe from ATI) which works OOB.
So I could have a look at classifieds to find some used hardware... or should I better upgrade the CPU with one that had Intel HD3000 build in?

@fedaamahmoud
A GT710 would be better, OOB works with Mojave with Metal.
The GT620 can not do metal and therefore needs the rollback from the HighSierra.
Install this Kext from HS with KextUtility2.6.6:

Unfortunately, I can not upload, it is larger than 10MB.

EDIT:

look here

@chris1111 But mine is HighSierra, not Mojave
I would try mojave, but it will not work, because I only had an HD2000 & Nvidia GT220 card. Both are not supported by Mojave, right?!

ok my bad  sorry yes Mojave not working for you

Anyone encounter a situation which clover always boot twice before login macOS successfully?

Detail:

Dell 780 SFF/ CPU x3363 / 10.13.6 / GT710

Is there anyway to make the esata port on motherboard works?

Update: Solved second boot issue by uninstall the Nvidia web driver.

@chris1111 Ok, good news. Thanks a lot so far for helping hands.

I'm now on the Install-Panel of Mojave... :thumbsup_anim: Your Internet-Connection
I've connected the LAN-Cable, and my fritz.box (router) is configured as dhcp. So by default, nevertheless what PC I've connected to the LAN-Cable, the I-Net connection work. But If I choose Using DHCP, I got an message that connection couldn't established. Does I have to configure it later ?
