slide=128 seems to also resolve "does printf work?". At lest that doesn't occur.

I added tscsync flag, and updated the voodootscsync.kext to 20 logical cores (read: 19, starting at 0), abd added PCIRoot=1 to see if that made any difference (it didn't)

I'm still stuck at the "+" signs. Still just reboots

Very slow steps forwards

remove _prw inside device pxsx, check what ur lan device, use ioreg

I unchecked "Wake for network access" in the Energy Saver and the sleep looks like working fine.  Do I need to modify the DSDT?

I have put all the hardware together and currently running on windows, but I need macos for some professional software. I couldn't get clover to install and it just gets stuck on the first Apple logo. I know this is a quite challenging build that requires a lot of customized stuff, that's why I want to find someone knowledgeable. Of course, I'm willing to pay for the service:) Just let me know

Here is the model:

Xeon gold 6149 es 16c 32t *2

so that's 64 threads.

I'm running on dual 6-channels ram, not sure if there is any modification needed for memory settings.

Hi, I just tried it out and I'm having the same problem as I had before. It gets stuck at end randomseed. I did some search online, suggesting something to do with memory. Not sure what to do :(

Btw, I'm trying to install os x mojave, not sure if that matters.

The chipset is the newest C621, different from previous e5 v4 gen Xeon. It's first gen xeon to have Six-channel (not quad-channel or dual-channel). I suspect that have something to do with the error. I hope that helps.

Here is my spec in case if you need it:

Xeon gold 6149 engineering sample X2

Supermicro X11 DPH-I

Nvidia GTX760
