spreaderb Posted March 27, 2007 Share Posted March 27, 2007 I just had a look into the script which pulls the kernel from http://www.rakis.net/~prasys/latest.zip this zip file contains a file called mach_kernel with a date stamp of 11/27/06. !MP Posted April 6, 2007 Share Posted April 6, 2007 i have problem with it, i installed and rebooted after reboot i used -v my system seems have trouble with loginwindow.app i replaced it with loginwindow_old.app but its still wont boot! i replaced mach_kernel with mach_kernel.1 ( i accidentaly deleted mach_kernel.old) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
russias_No.1 Posted May 9, 2007 Share Posted May 9, 2007 iv updated my kernel, but OS freeze at the grey apple boot screen...ive booted into -v mode...and saw, it is not frozen...it was like it could not find a file "bootscreen.app" or something... restored the old kernel...repaired permissions...no more problems... does anyone know why?? thx ACE Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
