Gigamaxx
Anyone has non-working RadeonMonitor? Not working for Ryzen System yet but maybe with a proper SSDT it will work. Dump file script gets kernel error. Ryzen 7 1700 and Vega 64 GPU temp is -86 C, The first boot it showed CPU temp @ 35 C but that disappeared after second start up. keyboardguy
Not working for my Sapphire RX570 Nitro+ 4GB Please excuse the noob question, but where exactly are you installing the RadeonMonitor.kext ? I'll attach my SSDT and clover config. Thanks, SSDT-HDMI-AMD-PEG0.aml.zip config.plist.zip
mitch_de
@Slice: I think not working RadeonMonitor (Slice) can also happen if the user uses the other FakeSMC (HWMONITOR DL, from klozek or REHAB) or am i wrong? More often used because HWMonitor (of that klozek Version) has more funktions / is configurable i think. RadeonMonitor.kext works in Clover / kext.... or /L/E i think. But can not be kextload later. RadeonMonitor needs rigth FakeSMC from Slice (not klozek HWMONITOR DL) .. DL FakeSMC (together with newest RadeonMonitor.kext from here) https://sourceforge.net/projects/hwsensors3.hwsensors.p/files/ If you use RadeonMonitor.kext togehter with FakeSMC (from klozek = HWMONITOR) RadeonMonitor.kext will not be loaded, even rigth installed. You can ceck that by kextstat .... org.netkas.FakeSMC (3.5.0) (means from Slice, klozek or rehab buils may have other Build number & other dev ID) org.slice.RadeonMonitor (1.3.2) ( i use 1.3.2, perhaps now version number is other, newer)

Gigamaxx
New version supported VEGA RadeonMonitor.kext.zip Awesome, thanks Slice!!! Vega on RYZEN in a Geekbench Compute run start @ 24c--26c---28c---31c--30c---24c idles at 24c ( 24 seconds), Luxmark Ball 40c @ start up to 81c then dropped to 50c at finish. This scales perfect! Very nice to have all the Vega users have been asking for this, thank you sir, great job!! Now just need to get CPU temps and then Ryzen will be "like" even more cool to hack.

Gigamaxx
Did you try AmdCPUMonitor? What is happen with it? Yes, it works for FX and A10 but for Ryzen no luck. Ive tried the suggested first option under AMD Cpu type the numeric option for FX and A10 but I can't get it to work. I tried some of the other options too but no luck. I can give you a Darwin Dump if you like. Let me know what to include and or leave out for space (HTML). Shaneee made a new AMD kernel "open source" that works in HS 10.13 with Ryzen. Its kind of beta at this point but he said its available with notes at GitHub.
Slice
I need the chipset AMD datasheet where I can find the temperature sensor. AMD CPU reported temperature through north bridge. I have one for older AMD CPU but I see something changed. DarwinDump should not include: BIOS, ROM, HTML report, Audio.

I'm using the default radiator, and my graphice card is Vega 56,I flashed the VBIOS to Vega 64,it works correctly. The graphics card' temperature is 34℃ at free time, but 94℃ in testing LuxMark. This may be my temperature 22℃ relationship here.
