I'm testing x1550 dual DVI.

JaS 10.4.8 updated to 10.4.9 with his COMBO patcher.

 

Got mirror on the both Samsung 19'' DVI LCD monitors, but no QE/CI.

 

Editing ati1000 is the solution ?

Hello,

 

I just want to tell i found the solution for color range on 7600Go on fujitsu laptop. I replaced natit files by the latest nvinjectgo available on osx86scene forum. So, thank you for your help anyway, I hope this info will help someone.

I have a 0x0221 nvidia GeForce 6200.

 

Upon load and reboot of this kext I get a black screen. Once I got a black screen with a mouse that was upside down???

 

Any help would be appreciated of course.

 

Oh yeah.. and a fresh load of 10.4.8 from JaS.

Hi...

 

I have nVidia 6200 with VGA and DVI outs... Two monitors Benq 22" (VGA) and SyncMaster (DVI)... Have installed Natit Dual v2.0...

 

On Benq have QE/CI enabled... 1680x1050.... BUT..!!!!

 

The II monitor is not working (not recognised.... It have parts of main desktop sqares all over it.

Hi, firstly I'd like to say thanks for all the good work going on here.

 

I've used all of the current Natit kexts found within the original post of the thread with my card:

 

Sapphire Radeon X1950 Pro 512Mb Dual DVI AGP

 

The card is recognised and I can get full resolution (1680x1050) through DVI with rotation but no QE/CI. I've added the card's device id (0x72801002) to the ATIRadeonX1000.kext so I'm not really sure where to go from here. If I remove Natit then I get QE/CI but I'm stuck at 1024x768 with mouse tearing and no rotation.

 

I appreciate that this post may not get answered, but if some could assist then I'd be extremely grateful.

Been searching this thread (it's a long one...)

 

Can anyone confirm that the Radeon X1600 PCIE (0x71C2) can run in expanded screen mode?

 

All I can get is the same screen on both monitors. I have QE and CI and resolution change.

The second display says "No display connected"

 

The display info says its a Radeon X1600pro (which it's not)

Tried all the kexts, same results.

Except I don't know where the X1600dual.plist goes?

 

If it's possible I'll keep working on it, it would just be nice to know if someone actually has it running.

I wonder if the "no display connected" is caused by using a DVI-vga adapter?

 

I don't have a dvi monitor (2 vga's), so I have to use an adapter on one (my card has one dvi port and one vga). Anyone running dual screens with a dvi adapter?

 

I know that when I boot with one monitor using the dvi adapter display profiler does not show the monitor name, but when I have it plugged into the vga it shows the name. Maybe the adapter is blocking some info? wish I had a dvi monitor to try.

 

I just want dual screen. Right now its the same display on both monitors.

 

Any ideas?

I have successfully used Natit_Dual_02, but when I tried Natit_Edited, it stopped at startup and complained about my Manufacturer not being in the Database (Gainward GF7600GT). The actual DevID 02e0 was included (I removed all others first, upon reading other posts).

This worked for me, just be sure to "repair disk permissions" under disk utility (found under applications/utlities) before rebooting. I didn't modify any files except run the installer.

 

Found my dual identical 19" LCD's, before it would say no display connected. This is on JaS 10.4.8, updated to 10.4.9, with nothing much done to the OS. My Nvidia card has one DVI, and one VGA port. The DVI to VGA adapter hooked up monitor is the first port, and was the only one that worked before this installer. Thanks!

 

(this is not mirror mode, but extended desktop mode, which is what I wanted.)

When connecting to DVI or DVI->VGA I have the clone output and the f :D kin' 1024x768 with mouse thearing.

I have 21" LG with the native 1650x1080 and 17" Samsung with 1280x1024.

Anyone have any luck with a PCIe 512MB X1650 Shappire Graphic Card?

 

Installed Jas OSX but only get Slow graphic redraw and 256MB instead of 512MB...

 

Anyone is cureently using this Sapphire Card or could send me the Correct

Ati Drivers?

has anyone installed natit on leopard 10.5 yet? (i'm using TOH's release, which installed like a charm)

quartz isn't working just right, i.e. i can not use front row,screensavers,time machine interface,and coverflow (only in itunes for some reason, it works in finder great)

 

 

could anyone post some install instructions for leopard?

Im using natit on ToH leopard install. natit still works the same. If you are using a x1600 series card you can try using one of these installs:

I used it for a agp x1650 and it worked great. The installers use atiinject which is basically an older version of natit for ati cards. I replaced the atiinject.kext with a natit.kext. Still no dual display, but at least qe/ci are working.
