Kizu
Updated to 10.13.4 with 30.103 web driver, built NvidiaGraphicsFixup and Lilu from source. The lag is gone and seems to run better than previously with rolled back driver (25.104 IIRC). On a Strix Z270F with a i7 7700K and a GTX 1060.

You can use kext utility or kext wizard and install it in the /Library/Extensions or /System/Library/Extensions and try it. if it works keep it and if it didn't you can delete it. I hope it doesn't end up in the kernel panic though!
