HELP -> SierraAMDV3 install stuck at 15 min

Hi,

When I have tried install SierraAMDV3 my installation stucked everytime at 15 minutes. In attachement is image with protocol.

Used cmd: -v GraphicsEnabler=No USBBusFix=Yes (tried also npci=0x3000 and -x but lots of kernel errors and without USBBusFix=Yes - "Still waiting for root")

Can somebody help me please?   

MY PC:
CPU: AMD FX-8300 3.3GHz OC to 4,2GHz           RAM: Kingston HyperX 8GB DDR3 (1866Mhz)
MB: Asus M5A78l-M lx3                                          GPU: MSI AMD RX 470 4GB
HDD: 1TB + 500GB                                                 PWS: Cooler Master 600W

I've experienced the same trouble. I am able to boot into the installer with ease, however it never goes past 15 minutes. Also, my install log looks to be word for word identical.
