The Clover patch is not needed.

My 7750 has 3 connectors it doesn't seem to matter.

I use Dashimaki.

look here if you don't want to use ssdt.

It's not that I don't want to use ssdt. It just didn't work. Do I have to use the ssdt in conjunction with CLOVER Ati injection / RadeonDeInit / FakeID / Framebuffer ?

Hello Elka,

did you try replacing Mojave's /System/Library/UserEventPlugins/com.apple.telemetry.plugin with the one from High Sierra?

Then you can boot with AMD Radeon HD 7770 1GB either with -x boot flag or by disabling AMDRadeonX4000.kext.

Then the card is recognised correctly in About This Mac, but without acceleration.

I thought there must be a way to make it work since it is included in AMD7000controller.kext and you can boot from it.

Actually, I am almost ready to change Graphics Card, but I am low on budget and I am not completely sure what would work natively in Mojave.

Yes, I know.

I tried that.

Bootable, but not accelerated. :(

Actually, I did not want to change the graphics card, but there seemed to be no better way.

Anyway, if SSE 4.2 is supported, Mojave can give the 7770 acceleration. Here's the post. https://bbs.feng.com/read-htm-tid-11757847.html

And some radeon legacy cards seemed to work on Mojave. (HD2xxx, 4xxx etc.)

I heard that here. https://forums.macrumors.com/threads/macos-10-14-mojave-on-unsupported-macs-thread.2121473/

I'm sorry I can not remember the exact number of pages.

That's all I know.
If you have any good news, wake me up. :)

Clover injection not needed with ssdt

lilu, weg and boot-args are mandatory with both methods

I think I have tried everything I could.

Elka should be correct about the processor having to support SEE4.2 in order for the HD 7770 to work.

I will keep my processor and get a used GT640 until I buy a new PC.

I would like to thank everyone who helped me in this, namely Mald0n, STLVNUB & Elka. Cheers!

As far as I understand legacy Radeon cards 4xxx-6xxx will work in HS and Mojave even on old platform 771, 775, X58 due to AMDLegacySupport.kext

The problem is Radeon 7xxx and up on the old platform.

you are right, but without metal support. It's fascinating to be able run a current OS with 10 year old hardware!

Your health Mald0n on your labor, congratulations on a nice app.
I wonder if this patch would benefit my system.
In the current installation I was able to get the sound with Vodoo.
AppleAlc did not run the sound with five minutes late boot time.
I've run it with bearext 5.4 in it so I had to use usb wifi instead of Ethernet.
The Kepler architecture is 660 and the native seems to be running. Red pixel is able to gliching through. When I go to the iNJECT nvidia in clover, this graphics doesn't get corrupted and the memory 1024 looks along.
Hardware acceleration h264 does not work in Videoproc. Graphics: writes n / a. I don't try but I think in this case the final cut doesn't work properly.

The system goes to sleep and shuts down properly, but DO NOT WAKE!
I'm using mojave to add my report file. I am writing with translation of the place where sorry for this situation.

Send me Nmcs-iMac.zip

I did a few attempts. I added dsdt.aml in text the CCC to the DSDT name. Is that the right step?
The system is falling asleep. does not wake up with a mouse or keyboard. Again, I give the power with the power button, but the black screen and the maximum fan sound freezes as before.
I also closed the overclocking so that it could be a problem.
I also removed the sound driver. not to be a problem for sleep.
The sound was disabled. And yes, as you said, it was detecting HDMI sound when in the late booting.

It's as if I'm thinking of waking from sleep is more about USBs. my motherboard's jumper settings are set to give power to the ports while the system is off.
Do you also have a suggestion with DSDT?
What is your suggestion to introduce the built-in sound ALC888-1200.
Thank you for your interest.

Hello Mald0n,

Could you please help me with my machine? It's Asus P5KPL-AM SE with modded bios for E5450 and GeForce 240 running Mojave. Ive already patched my DSDT, but not 100% sure about patches. Actually everything seems to work fine, but sleep. I can't get it. The screen is go to sleep, HDD stop and after moment run again and after that I can't get system to work, mouse, keyboard, reset and power buttons won't work. Only complete power off.

Send me Mac-Pro.zip

Hey Disty,

Have you checked the 775 to 771 mod site? Your mobo might need the microcodes upgraded to run that card. I had to swap out my Xeon for a C2Q 3.0 to solve my graphics issues. The problem is my mobo is intel so no chance to upgrade microcodes. It's probably a long shot but I thought I should mention it.

Thank you, MaLd0n!

But only half magic. Display go to sleep, fan and HDDs still work, display can be waked up by mouse and keyboard. Is it possible to try something else?

But even so is much better, no need to do hard reset! Thanks for helping!

Hi passoporto. Thank you for the suggestion. I upgraded the microcodes before I installed the cpu. I believe that I need a cpu with SEE4.2 instruction set.

Finally I got it! I find a jumper on the mobo which called ps2_usb, near processor. Just put it to the 2-3 position and it works like a sharm. But it won't work with DSDT you've fixed. I've went back to my version. As I remember, this cose problems with sleep on any Asus p5k mobo. For some reason this jumper put to 1-2 position by default. Maybe just for fun)) Maybe somebody will find this information useful.
