Gigamaxx
Thanks for this test2 kernel which can boot to desktop in FX-6300 hackintosh at 10.12.6 (sysctl -a in FX-6300.txt), but unfortunately it can NOT be booted by Enoch/Bronya bootloader or CLOVER EFI in my Ryzen 1700X hackintosh ! It won't load on my Ryzen 1700 in Sierra 12.6 as well. Stops at *******************************************************.
Gigamaxx
Yes I should say Bronya is assisting me in adding support to my kernel source @Shaneee, and @Bronya, this is a remark from the lilu and WhateverGreen kext coder. Its in regards to Ryzen compatibility with lilu and WhateverGreen kexts for AMD graphics cards. These kexts work in Sierra 12.5 for Ryzen ( I don't need helper card for my RX 480), but in Sierra 12.6 it boots to black screen. http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/325987-whatevergreen-support-topic/page-3?do=findComment&comment=2476541

123456789323
Not at the moment but I think about to buy one for comparison purpose. My actual DAW has an 6950X Overclocked to 4,5 GHz. Just curious about the Performance an 1950X has.

Gigamaxx
And.... if that doesn't work at all like it failed to boot on my FX here's another test... I just finished testing the first one from today, reboot. I will try this one now. Update: Still reboots at kernel loading ******************************************************. reboot. I then placed it in with 16.5 auto kernel. New kernel as kernel-2 rebuilt caches and booted, ran disk cleanup again, switched kernels new as kernel and 16.5 as kernel-2 it loaded first time to about Shim2 then rebooted. I tired this with both kernels and this #4 version got the farthest or progressed further than the other. I was able to do this with High Sierra kernel using 16.5 auto kernel as -2 then after rebuilding caches moving out to kernel spot and HS kernel as -2. It booted my macBook 6.1 doing this. I was able to remove the HS kernel and run on the rebuilt 16.5 kernel in High Sierra. I was hoping it would work for this kernel as well.

jsl
Hi . Try kernel 10.2.4 ! kernel_10.2.4.zip P.S. For me Sierra - not a good system, think is bad system. Сannot use this system .. Thanks for this new kernel which can boot to desktop in my FX-6300 hackintosh at 10.12.5 & 10.12.6, but it may get KP if ApplePS2Controller or AppleACPIPS2Nub.kext was in /S/L/E. It can boot to desktop in my Ryzen 1700X hackintosh at 10.12.5 and 10.12.6 by Enoch/Bronya or Clover EFI 4101, but its scores by Cine Bench R15 were 10~15 % lower than previous kernels. [Edit] One minor bug at 10.12.5 & 10.12.6 : this kernel & System.kext disabled HDMI audio from AMD 7950 card in Ryzen 1700X hackintosh, but they can enable HDMI audio from AMD 5770 card in FX-6300 hackintosh. I am not sure whether is related to the version of OS X or different kernels/System.kext loaded. CPU-X.app crashed immediately on open with this test kernel too. Or you can clone a disk and then make the same edits.
kolutshan
Hi,I have successfully installed OS X 10.12.6 on my Ryzen 1800x system. I also managed to get the Nvidia Web Driver with my 1070 working. However, when I change the resolution anything above 1080p (I have a 4k TV connected via Ckub 3D DisplayPort HDMI converter) the overall GPU performance seems sluggish. I even get the feeling that the system itself gets slower. I also had problems with OsxAptioFix2Drv-64.efi on boot up. Every now and than I needed to try up to 6 times before it completed to boot into OS X. I changed OsxAptioFix2Drv-64.efi to OsxAptioFix2Drv-free2000.efi and that fixed it. So has anyone an idea how to increse the GPU power? Thnx
