Puoi installare Capitan o Sierra... tieni però presente che il primo indicato è decisamente più stabile e testato.

Riguardo alla schede video dedicata, ti dico da subito che non lavorerà mai, quindi userai l'integrata...HD4400

 sto seguendo la tua guida, ma quando faccio questo pass. mi dà errore 

 

Tramite Utily Disco, da sinistra selezionate BaseSystem.dmg e cliccate su ripristina: 

su Sorgente mettete "OS X BaseSystem" e su Destinazione la penna usb.

Cliccate su Ripristina. " 

Se lo avevi scaricato, lo trovi nel tuo account sotto la voce acquistati

 

 

ho scaricato clover ma mi dice questa versione non è compatibile con il sistema installato

andrebbe bene l'ultima versione...non so da cosa dipende anche un altro utente ha avuto questo avviso... non so...forse qualche problema su clover

prova la versione 3259 di clover, va bene per installare Capitan
