cosmetic fix for about this mac El capitan

Hello,

Can someone please guide me or let me know where I can find guides to change CPU name in about this mac on El capitan?

Start by updating clover

I want to mention one thing that my CPU is ES (engineering sample) so it is recognize in BIOS as 'unknown cpu'  I just want to make a cosmetic change
