LordSith82
Check the bios settings! whether AHCI is active if not active then activate all necessary settings for OS X, otherwise check drivers....or use a modified dsdt. Edit.: In addition, check if you have installed a patched RTC driver, where possible this is the reason why their BIOS settings are reset to default after each boot process. I think the bios is ok, I have El Capitan installed. But I don't insert applertc in installer usb. I'll try it...

spakk
Should USB ports problems be the cause, this can be checked by using the original Extensions folder without USB fix and removed only the problematic extensions and use only fakesmc and nullpower and the system.kext. Then start your system and check what happens

gazza35
Without usb fix I have a usbmsc loop. I would definitly try Rehabmans USBinject kext as Suggested above, it solved my El Capitan installation with similar issues.
DSTIGY
Hey Guys!I tried everything from this topic, but I get strange error loop. What I've done:1) Created USB Installer with PANDORA 2) Replaced all kexts, frameworks and kernel from Bronya's ZIP 3) Replaced all kexts from USB FIX V3 4) Repaired permissions and rebuilt cache on USB Installer 5) Put FakeSmc on USB Installer 6) Put kernel.plist in Enoch's Extra Folder Boot Flags: npci=0x2000 -v (also tried kext-dev-mode=1 and PCIRoot=1 with no result) What I did wrong ? Thanks for help in advance. And sorry for my English. AMD FX 8350 ASUS M5A99X EVO AMD RADEON R9 270X Edited November 6, 2016 by DSTIGY

Notice strange error 'ACPI ERROR', many strings(((. Never saw such error before. Interesting, what it could be? Maybe need to try without dsdt file.
