installation start correctly ( i maintain "-v" and "don't reboot on kernel panic") in french language.

Set it in italian , on rebook it return in french.

After last reboot i set under system preference correct language and it remin italian permanently.

 

At this time i have :

 

1) configure clover on hdd such as guide, copying config.plist of my usb key(i need some edit?)

2) configure lan and audio using appropriate kext

3) regarding graphic card i see that is grouped into AMD8000Controller.kext

 

regarding that any guide/trick to follow ?

 the Device  ID needs injected into AMD8000Controller.kext and AMDRadeonX4000.kext to enable it

i understand that this device id must be inserted in config.plist....to obtain device id i must find it under apple report ?

how to add in kext?

for work problems, i start only today by edit config.plist

renaming fr:0 in it:0 --> save --> copy config.plist on usb  restart a fresh install  give me anyway french language again.

I search for other fr value, but nothing.

 

Any suggestions?

 

Now i'm installing again sierra because i want to solve fist Radeon issue and audio issue

laguage problem solved ....i redo usb pen with modded config.plist , now install in the proper lamguage

Hey guys, it's been a while since i gave my sff 755 some love.. I got Sierra 10.12.6 installed on it a couple nights ago and all is well. However when doing some testing with sleep, i noticed that the machine does wake up from sleep fine from overnight, but it reboots after a few seconds.  Anyone, else experienced the same problem who use the same DSDT for hd5450?

Hi Chris1111 , after editing both kext at reboot i get black screen.

 

hope i've solved in this way ......can be useful to other people following this trick on another thread

 

• Adding 0x66581002 in AMD8000 and 4000 kexts
• In Clover, you have to set:
  • - FakeID / ATI = full ID (here: 0x66581002)
  • - Inject / ATI = true
  • - FixDisplay = true
• Configure your iGPU as primary graphics device in bios

 

You need to set the 0x665c1002 value as the FakeID and checkmark Deinit

Only issue if i reboot i have to reinsert again value manually.

There is a way to add  it permanently at startup ?

 

edit: opening config.plist i manage to insert permanently 0x665c1002

but i cannot find which string i have  to modify and which value to insert to  get Deinit selected such as screenshot http://ibb.co/b9VAiR  , if i don't select deinit i get black screen again. If selected it works good.

 

another thing at this time i have resolution of 1280 so i think it's related to monitor because into plist i see 1920x?

 

regarding audio i'm totally screw up .

Hey. I have an Optiplex 790 w/ core i5.

I have everything working including audio BUT after wake audio goes away. I'm using the DSDT with the appleALC patch and AppleHDA.kext along with lilu.

 

Any way to fix this. If it is, i'll have a perfect hackintosh.

Hi, I've seen here a few post with ethernet down after waking up. I have the same issue and tried already a few e1000 kext and also a solution with different location in network settings. Network card shows only internal IP address after wake up. I need to sudo en down and up in terminal it works after that. Does anyone can fix that? My hack is on 760. Also tried on different 760 machines - sff and tower. Also on 10.12.3 to 12.6. It's the only issue in this build, all other parameters work fine.

   Has anyone tried installing the 10.13.2 update yet. Tried it last night on my Dell 760 and it sent my system into a boot loop. I had updated clover before hand but it did boot to 10.13.1 after the clover update .

No luck installing Combo Update 10.13.2 on my 790.

 

Just reboots and crashes. Freezes up tighter that a witches tit in a brass bra.

 

 

Edit: Finally got it to update.

 

Not sure what the problem was. I used the kexts from my usb installer, and it went right on.
