DSDT/SSDT Help: i7-5820k, Asrock X99M Extreme4

Hi all,

I'm around since 10.7.5 I guess, using my Asus P6T-SE Build from the very beginning.

I've decided to build a new Mac Pro for my belongings and put down the following components (quite basic I though):

Core i7-5820k

Asrock X99M Extreme4

32GB DDR4 2100 RAM

GTX 970

Samsung SSD SM951-NVMe 256GB, M.2

What I've got so far:

10.11.5 up and running with my not pachted DSDT and config (w and w/o fakcpuID, w and w/o dropOEMDSDT).

Why I need your help:

1) SSDT CPU Speedstep: I don't get full CPU Performance with the attached SSDTs and my two different config files. first one with dropping OEMDSDT give me full speedstep with full cpu scores in geekbench and cinebench for the not oced i7, but no c2 c3 steppings therefore higher idle load and consumption. With clover c-states and p-states generating, I get full speedstep like in case 1 but with lower cpu scores and no peak. Maybe someone can look into this and tell me what to do. Although  what I thought is that nullcpupowermanagement kext is not needed anymore for the i7-5820k since el cap 10.11.3 ?

2) USB does not work,

3) DSDT needs to be tweaked I would guess?

4) Sleep does not work (due to my NVMEGenericsKext?).
