DPCIManager v2.0 screenshot: no codec id?

@Matgen84 it's look AppleALC.kext fail to prevent AppleGFXHda be loaded. Maybe you can make experiment, how about move AppleGFXHDA.kext to desktop first, Rebuild kext cache and reboot

@Andres ZeroCross Very strange, I can't find AppleGFXHda and AppleHDA in S/L/E (latest DP Beta Catalina)

I try to recompile new commit of Lilu.kext,, Lilu.kext fail to load. All plugin is not loading too. WhateverGreen, AppleALC.kext and VirtualSMC.kext is compiled with latest commit too. I replace just lilu.kext with my old version (attached above) and all kext is loaded normally.

Solved in latest commit :) https://github.com/acidanthera/Lilu/commit/05ceed582eea1db889e67f5d5373f64787c09a81

Your codec is not detected in IOREG,, nothing to do with appleALC.

Try to fix your IRQ Flag. Open your config.plist with CLover Configuratior. Then tick HPET, IRQ, TIMR, IPIC in ACPI section. Set layout ID as 21 / 22. Reboot and check your audio, don't forget to upload IOREG again

You are talking about dsdt patches correct? In clover I could only find fixhpet fixipic and fixtmr which is different from timr and couldnt find fixirq. I can attach my config.plist if that will help? Or where are these located? I searched both the 1 and 2 of patches

Hi Andres ZeroCross,

I installed your kext (Posted 19 June ) all are OK ,but today I tried to use BT ,the BT PAIR by phone  ,connect with  my Phone for few seconds (about 6 seconds )  and after the BT is disconnected.

The sound can interfere the BT connection?

I replaced the Wi-Fi card ,but the problem is the same.

AFAIK, Audio and Bluetooth is different thing.

Bluetooth use XHC / EHC1/2 Port (USB Power Management)

Audio is HDEF, HDAS or AZAL device with different address from Bluetooth.

I don't have information about "AppleHDA.kext can interfere Bluetooth". It's different device and kext

Hi all I am having a vary strange problem after update to 10.14.6. On ALC255 I am stuck on either headphone jack or speaker for output (for different layout) but as soon as I am removing headphone it is not going back to speaker. Please tell me which file is needed as I am new to this forum.

Hi,

Thank you very much for your response, I can test every day after work. If that's enough, I'll be very happy

Use latest Lilu.kext and use this AppleALC.kext with LayoutID = 21. After that reboot and check for the result. Don't forget to upload IOREG Output (Use IORegistryExplorer.app v2.1)

AppleALC.kext.zip

Upload IOREG Output when it's working.

There is no Fixed Internal Mic in your Node ID of Codec_dump.txt, i only see Headphone, Internal Speaker, External Jack Microphone, Modem Line-In, and other Speaker in, Tracking your internal mic gonna be more works and times. Don't forget to upload your IOREG output.

You need to inform about
1. Internal Speaker
2. Headphone jack
3. External Mic

Deal with internal mic later
