Wait, I think there's an error while setting up the rights in the Kext utility. It doesn't boot.

Then it's problem about kext cache / kernel cache. And sometimes, codec_commander.kext need twice boot to get working. Kext Utility.app is good tool

I got it, I'll try the above method again and give you some feedback even if it's too late.

Just for test.

1. Just put CodecCommander.kext in L/E and rebuilt kextcaches
2. Put this SSDT-ALC256.aml to ACPI/Patched.

Check and post the result here.

enable reset HDA in clover config. your hardware is not unloading that is what causes your issue. it is normal behavior for restart to keep devices and there roms loaded it does not affect only audio. if you wish for that not to happen then do not restart from one os to the other use cold boots when switching os.

AC3 / DTS with SPDIF output works only with special configuration of AppleALC on Hackintosh.
Create a special version AppleALC for SPDIF !

Example based on ALC887:

original AppleALC-master / Resources / ALC887 / Info.plist

Configuration for SPDIF AC3 / DTS, all null patches to ALC device

specialAC3_Info_plist.png.342b80112919eb5be1aa4eeeff87047e.png

However, this configuration breaks the onboard audio (Speaker / LineOut / HP).

Change according to requirements Release or special version.

MacPeet, can you explain what makes the patch that you offer?

( MacPeet, вы можете объяснить что делает патч, который вы предлагаете?)

Deky, Have you tried uninstalling realtek drivers and banning them from installing?  Most likely, there is no other solution. sir.

Tried but the sound was really bad and distorted sir, i've seen ALC668 with this problem at tonymac and he fixed that by modifying coef value using codeccommander because realtek driver in windows changes it, but unfortunately i don't have any knowledge about creating codeccommander ssdt

I already make SSDT patch for your COEF index above,, maybe different COEF Index. I check your dump hda from windows, but i didn't see any different coef index before and after boot from windows. So maybe it's not about COEF Index

I'll try to redump them later sir, do you know anything that makes it would not work after reboot from windows sir?

I've tried a reinstall Mac, but the external microphone doesn't work.
But I think it's enough for the sound to come out right.
Thank you!!

Try this AppleALC.kext.zip,, replace the old ones. Check your Line In (Mic from Earphone)..

Output is working great; input is showing "internal microphone" but it's just white noise and isn't actually picking anything up.

My laptop does have two "inputs":

There is a 3.5mm jack for a microphone; then it has the built in one.

Can you use this, and check your internal microphone

The normal configuration can not be 5.1 / AC3 / DTS with SPDIF (optical output). It is only stereo out to the receiver or similar devices.

The special configuration (all zero patches to device) can output 5.1 / AC3 / DTS with SPDIF. With this configuration, Speaker and HP are broken because it is not a digital connection. The special configuration is only for SPDIF 5.1 / AC3 / DTS.

release:
Onboard audio and SPDIF (only stereo)

special version:
Onboard audio and SPDIF (5.1 / AC3 / DTS ...)

change version -> reboot -> change version -> reboot ... as needed

Hi @vandroiy2012, i make new patch for ALC233 in Asus A451LB-WX076D. All works,, codec use 3 node with EAPD and different node for Internal Mic. All resource in AppleALC.kext is not compatible for this model because Internal mic and External mic won't work. So i made new resource. And tested. Please check this Pull Request https://github.com/acidanthera/AppleALC/pull/375

These are the files, i used LayoutID=21

AppleALC.kext.zip

codec_dump.text

Info.plist

layout21.xml

PinConfigs.kext.zip

Platforms21.xml

codec_dump.txt.svg
