nexusblue Posted January 28, 2016 Share Posted January 28, 2016 Hi everyone, I have a problem, i am trying to work with EP45-DS3R Gigabyte motherboard, It has ALC 889A codec and after latest update , it does not work, nothing is working like none of toleda hacks or tips. When i looked toleda tool to check codec, it says there is no audio device. I have nvidia geforce 210 as GFX, it works great with apple drivers. When i look IOreg and other tools i can only see Nvidia Codec as sound card. I can't see ALC 889. After each update i was installing toleda kext for 889a, but this time nothing is working.
