~~so, now I have rebuilt the kernel and adjusted of all possible errors, someone has loss to test this kernel? and to let me know shortly. thx~~

I have just started my system with the kernel, kernel works and can be used

This AMD kernel can boot for Athlon 64 x2 6000+ CPU in Asus M4A78 Plus MB at 10.11.4.

But most applications loaded and crashed immediately.

Only Firefox and Flash Player working now.

test possible with all CPUs and write your results .... then we can adapt. On my system, I note no problems, all programs operate reliably as before. The graphics are just as good as before.

My config starts with your kernel. Only kernel installed without system.kext.

Works well without graphics bugs, but the same issue as with kernel from Tora Chi Yo.

Some apps are not launched, crashed (dropbox, x-mirage)

Only very few applications crashed in my Hackintosh.

Why? Is an attempt to build a runnable prelinkedkernel.

You want the kexts and kernel or just the output?

the kernel and the extensions..

From the output seem that all extensions are installed in /S/L/E and /L/E and no one in Extra/Extensions or EFI/CLOVER/kexts, confirm?

Yes, I need both /S/L/E and /L/E (kexts loaded only) + the kernel used.

Yes all in /S/L/E and /L/E. In the package I've included all kexts mentioned from the terminal output and the kernel used to boot my system. I use the latest version of Enoch found in the download section here.

Last night I've rebuilt a prelinkedkernel file with your kexts, so now I'm working on a new command line to do that automatically. Let see if this can work on your AMD Systems, as I said no promis because here I've only Intel to test with..

No because "createinstallmedia" fail just because can't create the prelinked kernel.

usage:

sudo kextcachex86 -a -K /path/to/your/AMD/kernel -p ~/Desktop/prelinkedkernel

if work, and the prelinkedkernel get generated to your Desktop, you had to replace it in:

/System/Library/PrelinkedKernels/prelinkedkernel

and also a copy in:

/System/Library/Caches/com.apple.kext.caches/Startup/kernelcache

(you have to rename it as "kernelcache")

prelinkedkernel was successfully made and matches the size of my current working file. I will test it on a new install when I get time to install on another partition. What are the applications of this?

Hi Shaneee the -a option exlude AppleIntelCPUPowerManagement, AppleTyMCEDriver.kext and pmtelemetry.kext from the cache, so I hope that is runnable by your bootloader and boot fast.

Is this just for booting OS X? I already had working prelinkedkernel. Was wondering if this can be used to installations rather than placing kernel and kexts as the prelinkedkernel has it all.

...sorry spakk and Shaneee mine was an example..but you need to provide a full path to the command, ie where is really located:

/Users/Micky1979/Desktop/kextcachex86 -a -K /Extra/kernel -p /Users/Micky1979/Desktop/prelinkedkernel

..kextcachex86 was on my Desktop, so you have to adjust the path... no need to install in /usr/bin
