yes, it's normal, you have a UEFI bios, until there is no iopcifamily / acpiplatform patched El Capitan, no UEFI motherboard only work CI/QE, I tried with the patched Version Yosemite, they will not work  :(

@Op15L

Are you using a DSDT ? You may need a patched one so you can boot without the black screen issue…

No, how I can patch the issue?

Is possible disable UEFI on Bios?

No, how I can patch the issue?

First, you need to dump your DSDT from Bios using Clover. Just hit F4 at the Clover boot menu, the original DSDT will be stored in EFI/CLOVER/ACPI/origin folder of your boot device (USB stick or HDD).

Second, you'll need to launch IORegistry Explorer and look for "display0" to see where's your graphics card is attached to in de PCI0 device tree.

But obviously, you'll need to be able to reach the desktop to do that. If you just can't, submit your dumped DSDT here and I'll see if I can do anything (no promise but I'll do my best).

But if Gils83 is correct, this may be totally useless :(. Let's give it a try ;).

ok, I'll send this :)

thank you, you should know that my HD 4670 DX 10 ddr3 malfunctioning but works, I have lag and opengl is very low, other DX 11 graphics cards gdr5 does not work, this is a known problem since 10.9 Mavericks .3 then they patched kexts exist but they do not work on El Capitan :)

attention !

@Gils

I'll see what I can do for you but since your HD 4670 is working more or less, I'm not sure it would help. Patching the DSDT for Op15L is (hopefully) meant to avoid the black screen issue which I believe is another problem.

I know, I do not even know where the problem, you're definitely better than me in dsdt I understand nothing :D, it costs nothing to try, according to GC, get black screen yellow or white, the 6850, I have a yellow screen, the 6670 and 7950, a white screen and the GTX 950, a black screen  :)

OK. !

OK. I cleaned-up your DSDT so there's no compilation errors anymore. Unfortunately, your IOReg is corrupted once again. Please use the link in post #519 to download the only version that doesn't corrupt files when posted (don't ask why, I don't know ;)).

:)

idem :(

look two ioreg , Yosemite and El Capitan (HD 4670) :) bios uefi Yosemite with ACPIP/IOPCi patched :)

Hmm… looking at IOReg from EC, I see the DSDT isn't used/loaded at all. Make sure you renamed it to DSDT.aml and that you have this in config.plist :

	<key>ACPI</key>
	<dict>
		<key>DSDT</key>
		<dict>
…
			</dict>
			<key>Name</key>
			<string>DSDT.aml</string>

@Op15L

Nothing in EFI/CLOVER/ACPI/origin ? Strange… Well, dump your DSDT using directly MaciASL then : File menu > New from ACPI > DSDT.

Sorry but I need to go now.

I'll look into your files later guys ;) !
