Amit_
The battery is not being detected. It keeps showing an X on the battery. I tried VoodooBattery, but no difference. carbo178
You must extract the dsdt, clean it from the errors and apply the patch for the batteryBut perhaps you can not even do this, look at this thread: http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/281394-laptop-battery-kext/?p=1840476 Or download this kext: http://www.hackintoshosx.com/files/file/836-battery-fix-for-10-7-lion-and-10-8-mountain-lion/

artur_pt
hello hit F4 in clover gui go have a new folder in acpi/origin with ur original dsdt extracted by clover Where can you obtain the initial DSDT that needs to be patched? There are different ways involving Windows, Linux or OS X. If you were able to start Clover somehow, you can enter its GUI and press F4. If Clover was installed on a FAT32 partition, then it will be able to save all ORM ACPI tables, including DSDT and FADT. The process can take a while, especially when saving many tables to a USB flash drive. This is especially useful when you have no access to other means of extracting the table set, for example with AIDA64. must read about to solve ur issues .. bump is not a option !!!! good hack
0000-1248
Hey man, VoodooBattery also requires you to have a patched AppleACPIPlatform.kext otherwise it won't detect the battery. Here is one: http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/files/file/51-patched-appleacpiplatformkext-108-1085/ Just be sure to back up the vanilla one Hope I could help, - Matt
