I don't need, Yosemite had AMD8000Controller.kext and this works out of box right after install. this can be a problem with some enabler like HDAEnabler or the kext for sound VoodooHDA, try remove and repair permissions /reboot I don't use VooDooHDA, my device is ACL1150 and I use AppleHDA with Patch Kext by https://github.com/toleda/audio_CloverALC.
