spyhunter88
Hi, I use PC hardware with MSI mainboard, Core i5 and 7790 AMD graphic. All work fine with Clover EFI, no DSDT, only Clover. OSX 10.10 and update to 10.10.3 easy. Now only Sleep/Wake not. It can sleep, can wake after press Power button. After that, I have background or sometime login screen. But the only mouse moving with loading icon, others do not response. Even mouse moving is so laggy. I take a search but not found the answer, almost are "not wake". Allan
Read here: How to do sleep/wake working with UEFI BOOT.
spyhunter88
Thanks for this link but does not work. 1. The first method: I can change to OS Type = Windows 8 and CSM to disabled because my VideoCard does not support GOP. But I think it's not necessary due the new Clover version? 2. I am using Clover 3202, with OsxAptioFixDrv-64.efi inside drivers64UEFI by default but no luck. Also, all I have in drivers64UEFI is OsxFatBinaryDrv-64.efi, OsxAptioFixDrv-64.efi, FSInject-64.efi and HFSPlus.efi.

spyhunter88
All in your Hackintosh are properly enabled? Like: Video, Power Management, etc...? I don't understand exactly what you mean. But I see it recognize all my Device: Chipset, RAM, VGA (work OOB), Patch AppleHDA. Only IMessage/FaceTime not work (of course), I also installed Xcode and worked with it. In Clover, set AddClockID to false... I don't think it come from USB only. My screen not the same when I come to sleep. The Dock is not transparent anymore, it take white 100% in background and Menu Bar also. But I'll take a try.

Sometimes this option bring problems, just check and disable. Dock and MenuBar not translucent, it means that you have not activated your video correctly. spyhunter88
My PC: CPU: Intel Core i5-4440 3.3GHz RAM: 2x GSkill 4GB DDR3 HDD: 2x 1TB (One for all Window, One for MAC + Storage) VGA: MSI AMD Radeon 7790 OC 1GB I tried with this USB fix but no luck. Also, Dock and Menu Bar only lost translucent after wake, they're normal when I start up. try to delete IOPlatformSystemSleepPolicy from X86Platformplugin.kext http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/305457-haswell-memory-corruption-after-sleep-kernel-panic/ My problem is not kernel panic so I think I will try later. spyhunter88
My MAC does not boot on with empty in ACPI, did you miss something? I Don't use any DSDT.
Allan
With this 3 settings, you can get the correct power management: Did you look in Slide=10 boot argument? So, i put this there for work your Sleep in conjunction with OsxAptioFixDrv-64.efi. You can use any value. Run this command in Terminal, and put the result here: pmset -g | grep hibernatemode And check in Console the results for Wake Reason
spyhunter88
I change all points you noted above into my config.plist. It take Dock and Menu Bar have right translucent, mouse is not lag as before but it's still lag. And others in my screen are not response except mouse's pointer. I think this's strange while I come back from sleep without login form? It show the last screen I sleep, not login screen? It's not difference after change config.plist. Also my result: pmset -g | grep hibernatemode hibernatemode 0 And syslog | grep -s "Wake reason" May 24 01:09:58 Hos-iMac kernel[0] <Notice>: Wake reason: PWRB (User) May 24 02:49:12 Hos-iMac kernel[0] <Notice>: Wake reason: PWRB GLAN XHC (User)
Allan
You mark this option? About this: May 24 02:49:12 Hos-iMac kernel[0] <Notice>: Wake reason: PWRB GLAN XHC (User) You can consider use a DSDT for remove the problems with GLAN and XHC, applying a patch in the USB3 devices. How you enabled your USB3 ports?
spyhunter88
Yes, I choose to use Password when wake from sleep. I don't use any patch for USB 3.0, just the Clover because all my USB 2.0 works good. Also, now I always press Power Button for wake. I disabled wake from USB in BIOS. Allan
You can check this too: Extract and send me your DSDT.
spyhunter88
Yes, my MAC currently check it. I'll give you 2 image about what happen after wake. This image is right what happen after wake, no login screen, only the last screen I sleep. And you can see a loading circle in the middle of image (more clearly in the 3.png). Right after wake, it's not there, it only appears after I type password and Enter (just type and press, even nothing happen in the screen), and it keeps spinning very slow (about < 1 segment/second). I can't wait for it to stop this so I press reset. I also try to remove _PWR in GLAN and XHC, fix some syntax errors, but nothing change. dsdt.zip

Allan
I have modified some things too: DSDT.aml.zip But try ATIguy123's method first, if don't work you can try my method.
spyhunter88
I tried both, but with ATIguy123, it's not difference with the last config.plist: only Dock and Menu bar have right translucent. with Allan, it go to white again. But mouse's pointer is smoother than before. All "Wake reason" is May 27 03:51:41 Hoais-iMac kernel[0] <Notice>: Wake reason: PWRB (User) I open HWMonitor and see the CPU Package Graphics is empty, others have POWER CONSUMPTION (CPU Package Core, Total, DRAM). Maybe cause by the Graphics Card does not works well?
