leox86
Hello, I'm running Yosemite on my HP, replaced the wifi for AR5B95, that's works! Now i just tested to plug the hdmi in my laptop, no problem, TV is in 1080p, BUT my laptop screen resolution is larger, it's in 1080p too. Usually it's 1366x768, don't know why it can load 1920x1080.. Is this normal? how to enable it even when the hmdi isn't plug in. Thank you Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/305948-force-1080p-resolution-on-laptop-screen/ Share on other sites

leox86
When hdmi is not connected, max is 1366x768. When hdmi is connected, integrated screen displays a resolution of 1080p, the TV too. Videos is so cool on my laptop screen when hdmi is connected Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/305948-force-1080p-resolution-on-laptop-screen/#findComment-2132225 Share on other sites
Allan
This is mirror effect. If your max resolution is 1366x768, you can't change this.
