I have the same issue about gradient color is not smooth.

How to apply the patch.

I attached my clover folder and output of DarwinDumper

It seems my edid version from dump is not like your version ( 01 04 already)

DarwinDumper_3.0.4_15.09_08.08.59_MacBookPro11,1_Lenovo_X64_High Sierra_17B1003_minh.zip

Change basic params 95 -> 90 and checksum f6 -> fb. And inject the whole EDID via Clover (see documentation).

then my new EDID table will be:

00ffffffffffff0006afed3400000000001601049022137802d1159e59539b271e505400000001010101010101010101010101010101b03680b470381e403064310058c1100000180000000f0000000000000000000000000020000000fe0041554f0a202020202020202020000000fe004231353648544e30332e34200a00fb

I use http://base64converter.com/ to convert to base64

the new base64 code is:

New

MDBmZmZmZmZmZmZmZmYwMDA2YWZlZDM0MDAwMDAwMDAwMDE2MDEwNDkwMjIxMzc4MDJk
MTE1OWU1OTUzOWIyNzFlNTA1NDAwMDAwMDAxMDEwMTAxMDEwMTAxMDEwMTAxMDEwMTAx
MDEwMTAxYjAzNjgwYjQ3MDM4MWU0MDMwNjQzMTAwNThjMTEwMDAwMDE4MDAwMDAwMGYw
MDAwMDAwMDAwMDAwMDAwMDAwMDAwMDAwMDIwMDAwMDAwZmUwMDQxNTU0ZjBhMjAyMDIw
MjAyMDIwMjAyMDIwMDAwMDAwZmUwMDQyMzEzNTM2NDg1NDRlMzAzMzJlMzQyMDBhMDBm
Yg==

If I use https://cryptii.com/base64-to-hex

the new result will be:

AP///////wAGr+00AAAAAAAWAQSQIhN4AtEVnllTmyceUFQAAAABAQEBAQEBAQEBAQEBAQEBsDaAtHA4HkAwZDEAWMEQAAAYAAAADwAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAgAAAA/gBBVU8KICAgICAgICAgAAAA/gBCMTU2SFROMDMuNCAKAPs=

which one is correct, sorry for any my mistaken

And generate correct checksum? How did you make it?

Thank you

Hey there. Sorry for the late reply. I do not get much time nowadays.

You can use any EDID editor you wish. I used Deltacast EDID Editor as mentioned in this post including checksum details.
