alexander5230
Hi people! I bought an Asrock Q1900B-ITX motherboard with an integrated Intel Celeron J1900 2.42GHz Baytrail-D CPU ( description ) . I installed 4GB RAM, nVidia GTS450 1GB and ubuntu runs very good. Now I want to install Os X but i didn't find any guide or information about this cpu. How do I install it? Thanks in advance
edmondwck
Just follow the ordinary guide http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/298521-easy-yosemite-1010-final-usb-installer-updated-10162014/ Since Mac OS X does not support atom cpu, you can try setting a fakecpuid http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/282787-clover-v2-instructions/page-3?do=findComment&comment=2036384

Moorviper
hi i have the same plan ;-) Since Mac OS X does not support atom cpu that's fine but the j1900 is not a atom cpu ;-) the celeron j1900 is a "baby-haswell-i3" the integrated GPU is a ivy-bridge HD 2500

In this few months I didn't tried the installation for some family trouble so I don't know if the guide posted by edmond works. You tested it? If you know other ways to hackintosh this board I'd be happy to try them.
