Watching your log i see that you are using OLD config.plist file!!! Give me log with folder i send you with my config.plist and with OsxAptioFix2Drv attached Preboot.log is not presented at all in that folder Should be!!! If your USB flash drive formatted in FAT32!!! OsxAptioFix didn't load in Legacy... Sorry! Im pretty lost myself. I suspect that legacy mode does not work at all then. I think that the files in the USB is correct. Do you have working for you EFI folder on your SSD? Could you give it to me? upd. Your install USB located in USB2.0 port? If not - plug it in USB2.0. Only things that are attached is a keyboard and a mouse and the flash-drive with EFI folder on. I got a internal HDD also used for storage only. Should i disconnect that as well? There are NO changes in it except patches in config.plist and FakeSMC in Others... Im trying to install it over el capitan if possible Then go in El Capitan, copy your Install macOS Sierra.app in Applications, open Disk Utility, choose your System Partition an run First Aid. After that run Install macOS Sierra.app from Applications and proceed with upgrade... After reboot boot from USB and choose boot Install macOS Sierra from Macintosh SSD (NOT from pen drive) and update will start. Second reboot - boot from USB and choose booting from Macintosh SSD.
