oliveiro
with FX 8320 : GTX 670 = 48 fps with nVIDIA driver, with OS X 45 fps, its 1 to 3 fps more than on Mavericks=> In Windows 8 I get 90 fps. As I mentioned in one topic its seems that gpu is fixed in pie 1.0 mode. AMD 6850= 70 fps out of Box!. On Mavericks I had 60-64, so this is nice improvement . Hi all, My benchmarks (Nvidia web driver 346.02.02f03) CINEBENCH CPU : 306 (a little better than Windows 10 with all drivers up to date : 302 ! ) CINEBENCH GPU : 32 fps (as WideKing mentionned, there seem to be an incompatiblity with Cinebench and GTX5xx GTX6xx series : I first thought CPU was holding the system back, but I checked everything during GPU benchmark : Cpu Ram, disks etc, and nothing is used at full capacities, GPU and Vram are not used at full capacities neither, only one third of GPU resources are used. Under Windows 10, I get 54 fps) OPENCL : 488,9 fps (AA OFF) OPENCL CPU-PCIe-GPU : 3,12 GBs OPENCL GPU-PCIe-CPU : 2,47 GBs OPENCL GPU-GPU-VRAM : 96,51 GBs GEEKBENCH Single 64 : 1852 GEEKBENCH multi 64 : 6342 Other 3d Benchmarkers (such as Unigine Heaven) behave normally and give expected results (compared to Cinebench limitations on GTX5xx series) NB : under MAVERICKS I was using smbios MacPro5.1, keeping that smbios under Yosemite was limitating Cinebench CPU to 130, and Geekbench was a bit lower. But since I "upgraded" to MacPro6.1 smbios, CPU is optimized. So far, it's my best OS/kernel performance ever on this unlocked AMD Athlon II x3 460, thanks to developers !!
