HA HA ..... face62.gif

Thread 0 Crashed:

0   dyld                           0x8fe5dbcf _sysenter_trap + 3
1   dyld                           0x8fe5caaf mach_init + 26
2   dyld                           0x8fe3619c dyldbootstrap::start(macho_header const*, int, char const**, long, macho_header const*, unsigned long*) + 278
3   dyld                           0x8fe36047 _dyld_start + 71

I've said

These errors are related to the relevant sysenter

Users must check their own add kext

Cross versions use on the problem

I have read axmanA posts

this IOPCIFamily is 10.9.2 Ver

You use the 10.9.2 kext apply at 10.10
Then say:This is the kernel of the problem

This is simply a user problem

If you do not want opcode64

You must use the 10.10 version patch

This has nothing to do with the kernel

I can confirm that his perception is wrong
You can upload the 10.9.2 IOPCIFamily.kext Patch
I can make a 10.10 patch
This has nothing to do with the kernel confirmed

From the Forum is open

Hi Tora Chi Yo,

I uploaded the yosemite version in post 240 http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/302075-amd-yosemite-kernel-testing-for-help-use-the-help-topic/page-14?do=findComment&comment=2092065.

I have no clue why it isn't there anymore and all other files I uploaded are gone.

So I reupload it now.

regards

This Useless

axmanA Vision Is the correct version available

Do you mean in Yosemite 10.10.x I should use axmanA's patched version ?

Also I don't know why it's related to stuck after "PCI configuration begin" or "no npci=0xnnnn" problem ?

By the way I found Firefox easy crashed in 10.10.2/10.10.3 when I applied your kernel and pthread, kext

It seems related to different versions of Firefox for Mac.

Unfortunately using this version still got stuck after "PCI configuration begin".

I must using carlo_67's "no npci kexts" to boot and rollback IOUSBFamily.kext to login 10.10.1

Unable to sudo kextcache -prelinked-kernel because of many errors

That means I must boot with -f everytime

Apple 10.9 IOPCIFamily Info.plist is 2.8  so apple is wrong

https://opensource.apple.com/source/IOPCIFamily/IOPCIFamily-207.2/Info-IOPCIFamily.plist

Binary files is 10.9 Mix 10.10

to one's surprise No function IOPCIBridge::configOp

And contains 32bit binaries

Hi, carlo_67

Unfortunately replaced with these kexts still got stuck after "PCI configuration begin".

Up to now the only way is using your "no npci kexts".

After replaced with your "no npci kexts" plus deleted several unused Apple*.kexts I can login both 10.9.5 and 10.10.1 now.

Also after deleted AppleThunderbolt*.kexts I can get correct kernelcache to boot and use Firefox 36.0.1 without immediate crash eventually.

Thanks for all of you : carlo_67, Tora Chi Yo  & Bronya !

Whether to fix the graphics card issues. I do not know.
Because our machines do not have this problem
So Unable Test

All focus in IOPCIFamily.kext

AppleACPIPlatform.kext Just Cross version Use old kext Dependencies

AppleACPIPlatform.kext simply unnecessary things

this just wants to confirm

Graphics card problem & opcode64 msg Nothing to do with the kernel

I believe My Patch modification
Many Cracks can understand

and certain people deliberately discredit

Because the kernel cause graphics card problem

This is a very ignorant

Yes, you got my full support :

Graphics card problem Nothing to do with the kernel !
Your kernel of 8N version is working perfectly in my 3 AMD Mackintosh systems at 10.10.1~10.10.3 :
Different AMD CPUs (Phenom x4 9850, Athlon 64 X2 6000+, & Athlon 64 X2 3800+) and different GPUs (ATI Radeon HD 5770 of ASUS & MSI, and ASUS Nvidia GTX 680).
What I need to do were all related to kexts instead of this kernel.
Using other kernel always loss of grab picture function in 10.10.1 of all my 3 Hackintoshs, but using 8N kernel in 10.10.1, 10.10.2 & 10.10.3 of all my 3 Hackintoshs are normal.
