chris_john
I installed Mavericks with Niresh successful on my AMD A8. How to update Mavericks to 10.9.4? I read something about to install the combo update http://support.apple.com/kb/DL1754 copy some files and fix permissions. The problem is, I'm new to Hackintosh and I wasn't able to find a besser tutorial about this. Can anybody help?
cantkill32
I gotchu man!!!!! I did this successfully with everything working 100% Follow this video=https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KDFsrhQ7bn8 Pretty much you just need to patch certain AMD applicable kexts with kext beast, replace your current kernel (that got installed with niresh) with the mach kernel for AMD that is updated, run the combo update, boot into your install using the flags kernel -x -f -v, then add in your chameleon boot plist to boot from your new installed kernel, and reboot . All done! Follow that video, its perfect though.
