jelmo2
What is the normal clover install settings for ssd? Install clover for UEFI motherboards Install themes Install driver64 UEFI ?
JahStories
right but the efi partition should be correctly formatted to fat32
wen1
Here is the modded AppleIntelFrameBufferCapri.kext and DSDT.aml and Config.plist The only change in the DSDT and the Config.plist is the ig-platform-id 0x01660009. You can take these files as-is or make the change yourself if you would like. We seem to set it from both places, but the DSDT id seems to override the Config.plist. So make sure you change the DSDT values Install the kext using KextDrop or any other tool. Surface Pro Yosemite Displayport.zip
jelmo2
Doesn't work the AppleIntelFrameBufferCapri.kext is laggy and the display port works only With dp to HDMI not dp to VGA I appreciate you work
wen1
Yes, it will only work with DP to HDMI or DP to DP. I did not mod it for VGA. I do not see any lag. I wonder why you see it. In fact I see the transitions go much smoother with this one.

Frank Pacheco
Make sure that you installed Clover to your USB Drive in this way: Select your USB Drive and the select “Custom Install” Select “Install for UEFI booting only” Select Themes Select Drivers64UEFI 1. Ensure the EFI partition on your USB Drive is mounted. 2. Create a new folder in /Volumes/EFI/EFI/Clover/Kext/ Name it "10.10" 3. Copy the fakesmc.kext file from /SurfacePro 1° Gen FilesPackage V.0.5.1/Drivers/ folder to /Volumes/EFI/EFI/Clover/Kext/10.10/ folder 4. Copy the GenericUSBXHCI.kext file from /SurfacePro 1° Gen FilesPackage V.0.5.1/Drivers/Yosemite Only/ folder to /Volumes/EFI/EFI/Clover/Kext/10.10/ folder 5. Copy the dsdt.aml and ssdt.aml files from /SurfacePro 1° Gen FilesPackage V.0.5.1/ folder to /Volumes/EFI/EFI/Clover/ folder 6. Copy the config.plist file from /SurfacePro 1° Gen FilesPackage V.0.5.1/Dsdt & SSDT/ folder to /Volumes/EFI/EFI/Clover/ACPI/patched/ folder Proceed with Part 2: from post #1
