Missing Photos app Yosemite beta3

After Clean install 10.10 Beta3 cannot found Photos.app 

if possible copy photos.app, please.

Delete the empty icon (simply drag out the dock), open Photos.app from the Applications folder, right click the icon in the dock and select "keep in dock"

Have you migrated the system from DP version of Yosemite?

Beta 3 dont have photos App I think ?

most probable cause, due to giving iPhoto to everyone, they discontinued Photos app and are now using iPhoto for it.
