I have this problem: When I start Yosemite through EFI bootloader (Clover 2857), computer sort of like waits at Apple Logo for about 2 mins and after that time it kindly shows the login window. Provide the info he asked, then only others can comment if your config needs modification. For now, try booting with -v and see where the delay happens?
