marsuss
Open Preferences App Click on Network Use the little MINUS sign to delete all of the network connections Navigate to ~Library/Preferences/SystemConfiguration Delete NetworkInterfaces.plist Empty the Trash Repair Permissions (use Kext Wizard) Restart Open Preferences App Click the little PLUS sign Click the drop down box and select "Ethernet" Click "Create" Click "Apply" Now you can open the App Store app and successfully sign in. Then, (If your machine has Wi-Fi) go to the next step Click the little PLUS sign Click the drop down box and select "Wi-Fi" Click "Create" Click "Apply" Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/300148-unable-to-log-into-the-apple-mac-store-under-yosemite-beta/#findComment-2050006 Share on other sites

Andrew Jackson
Hi, I am only running off WiFi as my built in card is Intel and won't work...I'm running off an Asus USB-N10 wireless dongle Therein lies the rub, Apple expects real Mac's to have builtin ethernet, it's used by the App store for verification. I don't think you can get the App Store working, unless you have a driver for your ethernet card.
