Horrible wifi card as the card has not worked right for most users since 10.7.4. 

 

Atheros AR5B91 is a good wifi card that works OOB. With a PCIe adaptor from Ebay you can build the card for around $10 to $15. 

 

Now for the best wifi card it does not work OOB and needs a SSDT/DSDT edit to work. My guide on my AC wifi card:
